                    Dove Hunting

We offer 3 Chattokee Lodge Dove Hunts, first season only, that consists of an afternoon shoot the day of arrival and a morning shoot the following day. We can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests/guns and do require 8 for these hunts. Hunts take place on harvested corn fields, brown top millet fields, and fields sowed in winter wheat.

We have 3 split seasons in the North zone of Alabama with the first season for booked hunts only as mentioned above. The second and third seson usually open the last week in October and mid December respectively. During these seasons, we will be holding weekly shoots tentatively planned for Wednesday or Thursday afternoons. We will limit the number of guns to 10 unless we have a huge migration to our harvested corn fields. We typically notify guest via email the weekend before the hunt on availability and bird activity.
